Background
The Media Section will support 14 Kosovo Bosniak and Kosovo Serb journalists, from RTK2 programming and wider media outlets, through a two-day training session on professional reporting standards and adherence to codes of ethics. The Media Section will provide examples of high and low quality reporting. Several exercises will engage the journalists in developing habits that more effectively adhere to codes of conduct, including the Press Code of Kosovo. The two-day training session will include a total of 14 participants at a yet to be decided location in Kosovo. A local expert will be engaged to conduct he training in the applicable language.
Objective
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo requires the services of a Serbian speaking consultant to enhance the capacity of selected media outlet. The consultant will work for a period of seven (7) days in coordination with the Media Section Activity Manager to expand the capacity of local TV journalists, respectively their media outlet.
The consultant will be engaged for 7 days in total (3 preparation days, 2 full day training and 2 days of follow up with media and evaluation).

University degree in law, political science, journalism or other related field
Remuneration Package
Remuneration will depend on the qualifications and experience of individual experts as well as the detailed work plan to be agreed upon and will be based on the current OSCE consultancy rates.
