Background information
The OSCE PCU for the COVID-19 quarantine period has switched to the distant working regime and conducts most of its activities distantly, with the use of technical platforms (e.g. Zoom, Webex, etc.).
Tasks
Under the overall guidance of the OSCE PCU officials, stuff and representatives (if designated), the Consultant is expected to provide technical support during the online activities (e.g. online training courses, forums, meetings, etc.).
Qualifications
• University degree in information and communication technologies, an advanced degree would be an asset
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in supporting online events with Zoom and Cisco WebEx platforms. Experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Skype for Business platforms for conducting online events will be an advantage.
• Experience with Polycom and Avaya devices as conference end-points will be an advantage.
• Professional knowledge of Ukrainian, English would be an asset
Please note that this vacancy notice has been issued for the purpose of experts’ roster enlargement. Future assignments will be discussed with the successful candidates additionally when services are needed. The consultant will be required to work from home with the ability to travel, if necessary.
Remuneration Package:
According to the PCU consultancy fees guidelines.
