Background
The Media Section is engaged in enhancing the capacity of local media outlets operating in non-Albanian languages. Three television outlets have been selected from north Kosovo and Prishtinë/Priština to enhance their capacity in television production. Identified media outlets all have production capacity and in-house human resources but lack experience and know-how. Working alongside local consultant, and Media Section’s staff, the journalists will receive guided advice and assistance on television production, editing techniques, and basics of journalism.
Objective
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo requires the services of an experienced consultant to enhance the capacity select media outlet. The consultant will work for a period of fourteen (6) days with the media outlet, namely RTK 2 Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian journalists.

Remuneration Package:
Remuneration will depend on the qualifications and experience of individual experts as well as the detailed work plan to be agreed upon and will be based on the current OSCE consultancy rates.
