Background    
     
   

During the COVID-19 quarantine period the OSCE PCU has switched to the distant working regime and conducts most of its activities distantly. Bearing in mind the planned activities and the targets of the projects, the PCU will recruit national experts to develop the online educational tools (trainings, courses, guides, manuals, etc.).

     
Tasks and Responsibilities    
     
   

Under the overall guidance of the OSCE PCU officials, stuff and representatives (if designated), the Consultant is expected to design and provide technical production of the online version of the educational tools (trainings, courses, guides, manuals, visuals, etc.). The engaged experts should have proven experience in online portals development to ensure that the designed materials meet all necessary technical requirements.

More specifically, the expert will be expected to:

  • provide technical support during the whole process of educational tools development;
  • create design and structure of educational tools;
  • undertake full lead in terms of technical support and facilitation of production;
  • provide shooting, sound processing and editing of the video content, if necessary.
     
Necessary Qualifications    
     
   
  • University degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in developing online products;
  • Experience in developing informational materials;
  • Advanced programming, filming and editing skills (Java Script, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, etc.)
  • Professional knowledge of Ukrainian, including excellent communication and drafting skills;
  • Working knowledge of English;
  • Computer literacy.
     
Remuneration Package    
     
   

According to the PCU consultancy fees guidelines.
