During the COVID-19 quarantine period the OSCE PCU has switched to the distant working regime and conducts most of its activities distantly. Bearing in mind the planned activities and the targets of the projects, the PCU will recruit national experts to develop the online educational tools (trainings, courses, guides, manuals, etc.). |

| Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
|
Under the overall guidance of the OSCE PCU officials, stuff and representatives (if designated), the Consultant is expected to design and provide technical production of the online version of the educational tools (trainings, courses, guides, manuals, visuals, etc.). The engaged experts should have proven experience in online portals development to ensure that the designed materials meet all necessary technical requirements. More specifically, the expert will be expected to:
