Background | ||
On 27 July 2016, the Government of Tajikistan adopted an Order of set of measures in the framework of referral mechanism of victims of human trafficking (so-called National Referral Mechanism). It has been passed 3 years since adoption of this document, but as the Conference conducted on 25 July 2019 showed, there are still challenges and misunderstandings by relevant state and non-state actors on implementation of the NRM and its role in cases of providing assistance to the victims of TiP (Trafficking in Persons). Therefore, the POiD took responsibility to conduct a survey focused on assessment of practical implications of the NRM in Tajikistan within 3 years after its approval in 2016. Purpose: Within the framework of the 2019 Anti-Trafficking Project, the OSCE POiD requires the services of an international expert to conduct a survey focused on assessment of the practical implications of the NRM in Tajikistan within 3 years after its approval in 2016. Duration of assignment: 1 (one) month. |

Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be remunerated commensurate with consultant’s experience and qualifications in accordance with OSCE established rates. Applicants should indicate whether they wish to be included in the OSCE Roster of Consultants for similar assignments. | ||
