Background information:
In the framework of its mandate and in line with the OSCE PCU Human Security Programme objectives, as well as following the request from the Ukrainian Ministry of Interior, the OSCE PCU anti-trafficking unit provides assistance in enhancement of the Ukrainian law enforcement bodies to combat cybercrime and trafficking of human beings.
Based on the positive experience of the OSCE PCU in developing training courses on combating cybercrime for officers of Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine, the PCU was requested to provide such trainings in order to integrate current approaches and international best practice in national police training system to combat cybercrime.
Please note that this is a consultancy assignment of approximately 10 working days. The consultant will be required to work from home with the ability to travel if necessary.
Task 1:
The OSCE PCU therefore requires the services of internationally contracted expert to develop (in cooperation with two other national Experts) a 3-day training course (including necessary hand-out materials) on reverse engineering to provide training participants with in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the following modules (but not limited to):
Task 2:
The internationally contracted expert is also expected to conduct the developed training course on reverse engineering in Kyiv on 22-24 October 2018 (three full days).
