Background    
     
   

OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) with the aim to develop the new 2019 calendar designs and a design for the new year card is hiring a graphic designer/graphic artist. In close cooperation with the National Press and Public Information Officer (NPPIO) and the Public Information Assistant (PIA) the graphic designer/graphic artist develops the designs for every month of a year related to the POiB work in Kyrgyzstan, as well as will develop the design of a 2019 new year congratulatory card related to the OSCE values.

     
Tasks and Responsibilities    
     
   
  1. In close consultation with the NPPIO and PIA develops design for every month of a year that will reflect the POiB’s work in Kyrgyzstan; 
  2. In close consultation with the NPPIO and PIA develops design of a new 2019 year card related to the OSCE values; 
  3. Provides all designs either on Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator platforms; 
  4. The NPPIO and PIA will provide the designer with all necessary information and will also accompany the process, if needed.
     
Necessary Qualifications    
     
   
  • Citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Higher or special education in graphic design/graphic arts;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the field of graphic design/graphic arts;
  • Creativity;
  • The graphic designer/graphic artist must provide samples of previous works proving his / her professionalism and creativity.

Remuneration Package    
     
   

As full remuneration for services performed, the OSCE shall pay EUR 400.
