Background | ||
The objective of the assignment is to provide expert support in (i) developing the methodology, programme and materials for on-line information meetings and discussions with young people, senior management of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and experts in the field of elections on the topics related to elections, democratic institutions, including political participation of youth; (ii) moderating information and discussion meetings. Under the direction of the Programme Manager in the POiB, the Consultant is assigned to provide expert support in (i) developing the methodology, programme and materials for on-line information and discussion meetings with young people, senior management of the CEC and experts in the field of elections on the topics related to elections, democratic institutions, political participation of youth; (ii) moderating of information meetings and discussions; (iii) providing recommendations for the follow-up activities on civic education. |
