Background | ||
OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) will assist the Department of Public Administration and Personnel Management of the Prime Minister’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic by recruiting a team of international and local consultants to conduct assessment and analysis of the current state of numerous single windows under the ministries and government agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic based in Bishkek. Therefore, two international consultants and five local consultants (a team leader of local consultants and four local consultants) will be recruited. Two interpreters will be hired to provide written and oral translations for the team of consultants from English to Russian and vice versa. |

Remuneration Package | ||
Remuneration will be according to the OSCE consultancy fees rates and will depend on selected consultant’s qualification and experience. | ||
