Background | ||
The OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) is seeking experienced consultant in the area of border security, border management, border management structures and mechanisms with a focus on Central Asian region. A National Border Security and Management Concept (hereinafter-Concept) of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the National Security Concept formulates main interests of the host State and aimed at enhancing border management and security. This purpose shall be achieved, inter-alia, by implementing targeted and designed measures at the doctrine level, as well as the normative and institutional level, through the improvement of capacities. Objective: Development of the conceptual design of Concept and methodological framework for identifying priorities of border policy of the Kyrgyz Republic. |

Remuneration will depend on the selected consultant's qualifications and experience and be in accordance with OSCE established rates. | ||
