The Democratization Programme therefore invites applications from highly qualified, energetic and experienced national professionals for the temporary consultancy post of Evaluator of the Action Plan for Achieving Gender Equality, who will be tasked to conduct a participatory evaluation of the current APAGE and produce a detailed Evaluation Report that should take into consideration the design and planning (such as objectives, results pursued, activities planned), the implementation and results of the ongoing or completed activities, focussing on the following criteria: relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the activities featured in the APAGE.
