Background | ||
The OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek continues to be a committed partner to the Kyrgyz Republic in fulfilling its commitments in facilitating cross border trade. It supports the Kyrgyz Republic and particularly Kyrgyz State Customs Service in updating risk management procedures, capacity building of customs officers, and facilitating cross border trade. The Office is establishing a roster of suitable local consultants to be engaged in the implementation of cross border trade related projects of the Economic and Environmental Dimension (EED) and to provide expertise in the following areas: Teaching English language courses for the instructors of the Kyrgyz State Customs Service:
