Background | ||
The Kyrgyz Republic pays great importance to the implementation of information and digital technologies, in order to increase the efficiency of public administration and reduce the human factor and the corruption component in government bodies of the country. The goal of the Electronic Interoperability Center "Tunduk" (EiC) is to ensure technical coordination in the implementation of the electronic governance system in the Kyrgyz Republic and electronic interaction between government bodies, local governments, government institutions and enterprises, legal entities, and physical persons, including the provision of state and municipal services in electronic format. The EiC seeks to engage the services of four IT programmers who will carry out relevant activities together with the representatives of the EiC. The work of the programmers shall be directly supervised by the EiC and Economic and Environmental Department of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek. |
