Background | ||
The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic intends to launch a national program aimed at supporting labour migrants to be better reintegrated through improving their entrepreneurial skills and increasing access to preferential sources of credit. The Ministry of Economy developed a draft program which has to be finalized. The programme is proposed to have two components: (i) improving the selected target groups’ entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy through trainings and consultations; (ii) providing access to preferential sources of finance (loan, credits). Responding to the request of the Ministry of Economy, the POiB will assist the Ministry in finalizing the draft programme to make it efficient, realistic and containing clear structure and mechanisms of implementation. |

Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
One local consultant will be contracted for two months to work under SSA modality to finalize the programme “Mekenim”.

Remuneration Package | ||
Remuneration will depend on the selected consultant’s qualifications and experience and be in accordance with OSCE established rates. | ||
