The general minimum requirements for working with the OSCE are:
- Excellent physical condition
- Possession of a valid automobile driving license and ability to drive using manual transmission
- Ability to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure

The general minimum requirements for working in this field of expertise are:
- University education in public/business administration, management, finance, personnel management or related field or proven professional experience in all aspects of general administration (personnel, finance, etc.)
- Very good organisational skills

Level of Professional Competence Requirements |
Furthermore, this level of responsibility requires the following:

First level university degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience including minimum 1 year in a relevant field strongly preferred

Mission Specific Requirements |
Additionally, this particular post has specific requirements:
Mandatory:
- Working experience in coordination and liaison functions;
- Experience in analysis and reporting and in drafting and clearing relevant correspondence, reports and policy briefs;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing, data-base programmes, Excel and other windows based programmes;
- Professional fluency in the written and spoken English language;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team and engage with people of different cultures and religious backgrounds different gender and diverse political views while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the local language or most common lingua franca spoken in the Mission area;
- Experience in database management;
- Experience in negotiation or diplomacy;
- Working experience in one or more of the main functional area’s of the Mission’s mandate, preferably in an international environment;
- Knowledge of the OSCE administrative regulations, rules, policies and practices.

Tasks and Responsibilities |
Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Office of Central Co-ordination and in close collaboration with the Head of Mission Department Offices, the Co-ordination/Reporting Officer:
- Co-ordinating and liaising with the Mission's Departments and Regional Centres in order to ensure effective information sharing and gathering of inputs in compliance with the requirements of the Performance Based Programme Budgeting, other regular reporting requirements as well as gathering information on relevant developments in the Mission area;
- Assisting in reviewing and clearing of the Mission's reports and other relevant Mission's external documents;
- Ensuring quality of the documents produced by the Mission;
- Contributing to the day-to-day operational management of the Office of Central Co-ordination;
- Monitoring and analysing relevant developments and maintains an archive/database of such relevant developments;
- Co-ordinating the production, updating and reporting of the Mission Implementation Plan;
- Ensuring quality control of the Mission reports and external documents, including consistency with the Mission policies on clearance procedures;
- Liaising with international and local stakeholders;
- Performing other duties as required.
