This post is financed from the Extra Budgetary Project (ExB) “Supporting the State Fiscal Service / State Customs Service of Ukraine in preventing and combating illicit trafficking of weapons, ammunition and explosives”. The initial contract duration is until 31 December 2022 with the six months’ probation period.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the National Human Resources Officer the incumbent:
• according to established schedules, cleans offices including vacuuming/washing floors and windows, dusting of furniture and office equipment, emptying and cleaning waste paper baskets and other containers and ensures kitchen and toilets are kept hygienically clean and stocked, as applicable, with beverage and paper products;
• when required, prepares and serves tea, coffee or other beverages to staff and visitors;
• performs other related duties as assigned.
Necessary Qualifications
• Secondary education level;
• One year experience in cleaning premises with ability to use general cleaning and household equipment;
• Ability to understand some English would be an asset;
• Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds.
Remuneration Package
Monthly remuneration subject to social security deductions is EUR 509.
