The OSCE Mission to Skopje endeavors to continue supporting national institutions in the implementation of national commitments towards Roma stemming from the Action Plan on Improving the Situation of Roma and Sinti in the OSCE Area. In this respect, the host country outlined its efforts to integration and inclusion of Roma through an adopted Strategy for Roma, National Action Plans and Local Action Plans in housing, health, education and employment. The HDD/Social Cohesion Section welcomes national efforts to integration and inclusion of Roma, particularly in the field of registration on unregistered Roma. In this respect, the OSCE Mission to Skopje and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP) jointly build upon past cooperation for integration and inclusion of unregistered Roma. In 2017, MLSP commits to develop and maintain official data base on unregistered Roma in the country, and the OSCE Mission to Skopje provides one consultant and one assistant with the following terms of references |

Remuneration Package | ||
For the services provided, the Assistant will be remunerated for 3.5 months service in lump sum of 300 € on monthly basis. The period of engagement is 20 September - 30 December 2017. The assistant will be working 5 days a week. The payment will be done upon submission of monthly report in English language and upon satisfactory completion of monthly objectives agreed with MoLSP and duties described in this vacancy. | ||
