The President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Decree on 12 November 2013 on eradication of causes of political and systemic corruption in government bodies. This decree sets as a focus the fight against corruption and eradication of causes of political and systemic corruption in state agencies and state-owned entities. Objective The consultant in cooperation with the Secretariat of the Security Council shall contribute to conducting inventory of existing anti-corruption legislation to identify and eliminate conflicts, remove legal gaps and develop proposals for government agencies on "cross-cutting sectors" that are most vulnerable to corruption. |
