Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Communities Section, in the Human Rights and Communities Department in HQ, the incumbent performs the following functions in the Department’s work with representatives of local communities, public administration, representatives of international organisations, and any other relevant stakeholders:
The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan (PCUz), Economic and Environmental Dimension (EED) in close co-operation with OCEEA will be implementing ExB project “Stakeholder Engagement for Uranium Tailings Remediation in Central Asia”, II phase which aimed at engaging and informing stakeholders concerning remediation of uranium tailings in order to maximize its benefit.
