The OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek (POiB) assists the host Government with the implementation of OSCE commitments and relevant international obligations and standards. The Office of Head of Mission (OHoM) oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of the POiB’s three thematic programmes and the projects implemented within those programmes. |
