Background
During first half of March 2019, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo (OMIK) Department for Security and Public Safety (DSPS), through its Serious and Organized Crime Section (SOCS) plans to implement a UB project activity “Specialized training on identification and examination of newly developed drug types”.
