In the framework of its activities to address migration traffic-related issues in Kyrgyzstan, the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek continues supporting the Government of Kyrgyz Republic in improving co-operation among different state officials and non-governmental actors and in enhancing their professional capacity and skills. Finally, 2020 the OSCE POiB is supporting the host state in tackling migration-related issues by facilitating dialogue and co-ordination among stakeholders and specialists in the field of migration both at a national and at an international level. In 2020, the POiB organised an online conference on migration, where an expert on THB was involved as speaker and moderator in the session regarding the link between THB and migration. This year, the POiB is planning another regional conference in Osh. The expert required by the POiB will need to contribute to the organisation of the conference in quality of moderator and will hold a presentation in quality of independent expert. Objective

| Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
|
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the consultant will perform the following tasks: Task 1: Leading a group of experts responsible for preparing and conducting the National Simulation-based Training Exercise on CTHB, including co-ordinating all groups of participants involved in the exercise:
Task 2: Provide expert support to the Co-ordinating Government Body on CTHB in drafting of policy documents:
Task 3: participate in quality of expert and trainer on THB in activities and events co-organised by the POiB:
Task 4: Provide expert support to the statistics department of the PGO about THB-related issues
Task 5: Inform the Project Manager on all developments in the areas of Migration and THB and organize meetings with relevant stakeholders if necessary or requested by the project manager or project staff. The Expert Consultant is responsible for the timely and professional production of project deliverables, established in these Terms of Reference. The Expert Consultant will be instructed as to the specific substance of the deliverables, to be discussed with Head of Human Dimension Department, to ensure the highest quality products possible.
