Background | ||
The OSCE Mission to Serbia is supporting the reform of the administrative judiciary with the aim of strengthening of administrative justice in the Republic of Serbia. The Mission is supporting the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia in the exchange of best European practices through supporting the Court’s participation in the work of the Association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ). In addition, the Mission will support the capacity building of the Administrative Court through the organization of training that will contribute to more effective administrative judiciary and handling of administrative law judicial cases. The training will focus on the organization and competences of the administrative judiciary in a European country. This training is going to take place on 23 November 2018, in Belgrade. This activity is implemented in close co-operation with Rule of Law and Human Rights Department. The OSCE Mission to Serbia’s Democratization Department requires the services of an experienced expert to provide training on the topic of organization and competences of the administrative judiciary in a European country for the judges and assistant-judges of Administrative Court. |

Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
Under the supervision of the OSCE Mission to Serbia’s National Programme Officer, the consultant will prepare and deliver training on organization and competences of the administrative judiciary in a European country for administrative court judges and assistants. Remuneration Package | ||
The consultant will be remunerated a total amount not exceeding 800 EUR, commensurate to individual qualifications and experience, upon successful completion of the envisaged tasks. In addition, the OSCE will bear any travel and accommodation costs associated with the consultancy. |
