Background
Implementation of the “MS Windows 10 and MS Office 2016” fast-track training, focusing on enhancing knowledge and skills of the OMiK ICT staff and in house trainers, to deal with upcoming challenges during the expected migration from MS Windows 7 to MS Windows 10, and from MS Office 2010 to MS Office 2016.
The OSCE is seeking to strengthen its internal capacities in order to ensure a smooth integration to the new MS Office environment, hence, the fast-track training programmes should be tailored in order to elaborate on new features and tools in these two areas, and introduce the differences between these two operating systems and the MS Office packages.

Remuneration will depend on the qualifications and experience of individual experts as well as the detailed work plan to be agreed upon and will be based on the current OSCE consultancy rates.
