Background | ||
To support the inter-agency drug abuse prevention efforts and to raise capacity of the relevant specialists and workers in drug abuse prevention and first medical aid for drug abuse/overdose, one Consultant will be contracted under SSA modality to develop and write a guidebook on drug abuse prevention and first aid. The developed guidebook will be used by specialists and workers of law enforcement, health and education sectors as well as by graduates of specialized institutions within the anti-drug programme of the Kyrgyz Republic. The target audience of the drug abuse prevention (anti-drug) campaign is high school and university students overall the country. Within the guidebook, the Consultant will provide all the necessary information on effective policies, practices and methods of drug abuse prevention and primary medical aid for drug abuse/overdose. The Consultant will also share information on the contemporary issues and consequences of drug abuse among youth in Kyrgyz Republic. |

Remuneration Package | ||
Remuneration will depend on the selected consultant’s qualifications and experience and be in accordance with OSCE established rates. | ||
