| Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
|
Under direct supervision of the Administrative Officer the Warehouse Clerk performs the following tasks:
- Packs and labels products before they are dispatched; - Selects space for storage and arrange for goods to be placed in the designated area; Moves and organizes stock and monitors stock level; Stores stock away safely and remove hazardous products from the warehouse; Moves items through the warehouse from receipt to dispatch to customers; - Makes sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day; Accurately updates all data into computer and manual recording system; - Loads and unloads lorries, vans, trailers and other vehicles; - Prepares deliveries for the couriers; Issues consumables and stationary; Signs off and replenishes stock; - Maintains and services warehouse tool, machinery and trucks; Uses Mechanical Handling Equipment i.e. manual fork lifts to move goods around; - Contacts transport companies and coordinates dispatch and delivery with them; - Ensures a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in and make sure safety and security measures are applied; - Monitors fire fighting equipment is in place and ready for usage; - Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Necessary Qualifications | ||
|
- Citizenship of Ukraine or holding permanent resident status in Ukraine; - Secondary education required; - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in warehousing management; - Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft applications, desirable stock tracking software; - Good written and oral working knowledge of the English, Russian and Ukrainian; - Category B driving license, category C driving license is desirable; - Have excellent numeracy, literacy and organizational skills; - Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects; - Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately; - Minimizing stock loss; - Meeting tight deadlines; - Willing to work overtime and short notice; - Good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a good relationship with other staff members; - Ability to adjust to a broad range of new tasks in a complex administrational environment; - Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity; - Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, as well as the ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities; - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames; - Cultural sensitivity and judgment. |

| Remuneration Package | ||
| Monthly remuneration, subject to social security dedication is 709.83 Euro/month. Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna health insurance scheme and social security Provident Fund. Appointments are normally made at step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. | ||
