Corruption has been repeatedly recognized as a major obstacle for the continued stability and socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan by the country itself and by the international community. In 2019, the Good Governance Unit supported the constitution of the Coalition of Civil Society of Tajikistan on Transparency and Anti-Corruption. The Unit will provide capacity building to the members of the Coalition, with the objective of enhancing their knowledge on anti-corruption and envisioning that in the future they will build capacity to NGOs in the region. The Unit will also support the daily development of the Coalition by covering the costs of having a Chairperson and a Secretary that will coordinate the activities. Objective: Support the daily operations and activities of the Coalition. |

| Remuneration Package | ||
| The consultant will be remunerated commensurate with consultant’s experience and qualifications in accordance with OSCE established rates. Applicants should indicate whether they wish to be included in the OSCE Roster of Consultants for similar assignments. | ||
