| The incumbent is assigned to the Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan (PCUz) Politico-Military Dimension (PMD) to provide secretarial, administrative and programmatic assistance to the dimension. The Unit consists of four staff: the incumbent and one other Programme Assistant, and two National Project Officers. | ||
| Mission Specific Requirements | ||

Under the direct guidance and supervision of the National Project Officer, the incumbent performs the following duties: 1. Research and Analysis Functions 2. Project Management Functions and Reporting 3. Administrative/Secretariat functions 4. Performs other duties as assigned.

| Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
| • Secondary education supplemented by formal training in administration, accounting, project management • Minimum 4 years of working experience in project management or programme implementation, preferably in an international environment with some experience in reporting, interpreting and translation • Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft packages • Good written and oral communication skills in Uzbek, English and Russian languages • Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds. |
