OMIM in cooperation with the National Security Council have been involved in drafting of the Strategy for the prevention and suppression of terrorism, money laundering and terrorist financing; and the Action Plan to implement strategic documents from 2012 to 2015. This cooperation was considered essential in supporting host country in developing legal framework for combating terrorism, especially in times when terrorism supported by violent extremism is moving closer and becoming increasingly plausible threat for the region.
