The Presence will contract a local short term consultant in former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, which under the lead of the senior expert, will carry out a desk research and a series of semi-structured interviews with relevant stakeholders in the two selected municipalities. His/her input will contribute to the drafting of the assessment report which will be presented to the stakeholders at a regional conference to be held in Pogradec (Albania). |

| Tasks and Responsibilities | ||
|
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the lead senior expert and in consultation with the Head of the Governance in Economic and Environmental Issues Department (GEEID) the national expert will be required to implement the following tasks: 1. Make a desk research on the two selected municipalities in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (Ohrid and Struga) on any available local strategy, urban and development plan and budget report, to identify implemented activities, measures and good practices regarding the reduction of the unemployment rate, increasing social cohesion and economic growth. The desk research will be shared with the Albanian counterpart. |

1. University degree in social sciences, economics or political sciences; |
